LEGAL NOTICE & TERMS
Effective Date: October 13, 2025
By placing an order on mbklick.rs, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions:
1. Shipping Agreement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to:
- The shipping rates, delivery times, and terms outlined in this policy
- That delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
- That MB KLICK (operated by Benjamin Ćorović PR ABERANTNO, Serbia) is not liable for carrier delays beyond our control
2. Limitation of Liability
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. MB KLICK is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing or inspections
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier operational issues or strikes
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
- Public holidays or non-business days
Maximum Liability: Our liability for any shipping-related claims is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) and shipping fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:
- Full name of recipient
- Complete street address (no P.O. boxes for courier services)
- Valid phone number
- Correct postal/ZIP code
Availability: You or your designated recipient must be available to receive the package. If multiple delivery attempts fail due to recipient unavailability, additional fees may apply for redelivery or storage.
Customs Compliance (International Orders): For orders outside Serbia, you are responsible for:
- Complying with your country's import regulations
- Paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees
- Providing accurate customs information if requested
4. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier and provide tracking information, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
We will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged packages, but ultimate resolution depends on the carrier's investigation and policies.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
EU Customers: No additional customs duties or VAT apply for shipments within the European Union, as all applicable taxes are included in the purchase price.
Non-EU Customers: Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are NOT included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for information before ordering.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a shipment to avoid customs fees, you will not receive a refund for shipping costs, and return shipping fees will be deducted from any product refund.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS
Patent Protection: The MB KLICK frameless license plate holder design, mechanism, and technology are protected by patents registered in Switzerland and the European Union. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and proprietary designs, are owned exclusively by MB KLICK and its licensors.
Prohibited Uses: By purchasing MB KLICK products, you agree that you are acquiring them for personal use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of this agreement:
❌ RESALE & COMMERCIAL USE:
- Reselling, redistributing, or offering MB KLICK products for sale through any channel (online marketplaces, retail stores, social media, etc.) without express written authorization from MB KLICK
- Purchasing products with the intent to resell for profit
- Operating as an unauthorized dealer, distributor, or reseller
- Bundling MB KLICK products with other goods or services for commercial sale
❌ COPYING & COUNTERFEITING:
- Manufacturing, producing, or commissioning the production of copies, replicas, or imitations of MB KLICK products
- Reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to replicate the patented mechanism or design
- Creating derivative works based on MB KLICK's patented design
- 3D printing, molding, or otherwise reproducing the product design
- Selling, distributing, or importing counterfeit or copycat products
❌ TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT:
- Using the MB KLICK name, logo, trademarks, or branding without authorization
- Creating confusion about the source, sponsorship, or affiliation with MB KLICK
- Using MB KLICK intellectual property in marketing, advertising, or promotional materials without permission
Authorized Resellers: If you are interested in becoming an authorized reseller or distributor, you must contact us at info@mbklick.com for a formal partnership agreement. Unauthorized resale voids all warranties and may result in legal action.
7. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
Legal Action: Violation of the intellectual property restrictions outlined in Section 6 will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to:
- Cease and desist orders requiring immediate cessation of all infringing activities
- Civil lawsuits for patent infringement, trademark infringement, and unfair competition under Serbian, Swiss, and EU law
- Monetary damages including actual damages, lost profits, and statutory damages as permitted by law
- Injunctive relief to prevent further infringement and distribution of counterfeit products
- Criminal prosecution where applicable under anti-counterfeiting laws
- Seizure and destruction of infringing products and materials
- Recovery of legal fees and costs associated with enforcement actions
Reporting Infringement: If you become aware of any unauthorized resale, counterfeiting, or intellectual property infringement involving MB KLICK products, please report it immediately to info@mbklick.com. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.
No Warranty for Unauthorized Products: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or counterfeit sources are not covered by our warranty and may be unsafe, defective, or of inferior quality. We are not responsible for any issues arising from unauthorized products.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
- Refusal of delivery by recipient
- Failure to collect package after carrier notifications
- Customs rejection or abandonment
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for paying reshipping costs. If you do not respond within 30 days or decline reshipment, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date
We will file a claim with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging
- Take photos of the box and product damage
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
We will assess the damage and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship MB KLICK to the following countries due to license plate incompatibility:
- Slovenia
- Italy
- Austria
- Switzerland
Orders placed with shipping addresses in these countries will be cancelled and refunded minus any processing fees.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or region at our discretion, including areas with:
- Known delivery issues or high fraud rates
- Shipping restrictions or embargoes
- Inadequate carrier service
- Suspected unauthorized resale or commercial use
11. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Before Shipment: You may request address changes or order modifications by contacting us within 2 hours of order placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as orders may already be in processing.
After Shipment: Once a package has been shipped and tracking is provided, we cannot change the delivery address. You must contact the carrier directly to request address corrections or delivery holds (additional fees may apply).
12. Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and service level based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Carrier availability and reliability
- Cost efficiency
The carrier shown at checkout may differ from the actual carrier used for fulfillment.
13. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments and are typically sent within 24-48 hours after your order ships.
Please note:
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system
- Not all carriers provide real-time updates
- Tracking may show limited information for international shipments until the package enters the destination country
14. Delivery Signature Requirements
Standard & Express Shipping: Signature is generally not required. Packages may be left at the delivery address at the carrier's discretion.
High-Value or International Orders: Signature may be required for security purposes.
If you will not be available to sign, you may:
- Authorize the carrier to leave the package (carrier-dependent)
- Arrange delivery to an alternative address
- Pick up from a carrier facility
We are not responsible if a package is stolen after being left at your address without signature.
15. Shipping Delays & Cancellations
Our Right to Delay or Cancel: We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipments if:
- Payment verification is required
- Fraud is suspected
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable
- Carrier service is disrupted or unavailable
- Suspected unauthorized resale or commercial use
You will be notified promptly if your order is delayed or cancelled, and a full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our shipping obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Government actions, embargoes, or sanctions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Carrier or supplier failures
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders as soon as possible.
17. Privacy & Data Protection
Your shipping information (name, address, phone number, email) is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We share necessary shipping information with:
- Shipping carriers (for delivery purposes)
- Payment processors (for fraud prevention)
- Customs authorities (for international shipments)
- Legal authorities (for intellectual property enforcement)
We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes without your consent.
18. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: This Shipping Policy and all intellectual property matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, Switzerland, and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from shipping, delivery, or intellectual property issues shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia, Switzerland, or the EU member state where the infringement occurred, at MB KLICK's sole discretion.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any legal action related to shipping or delivery (excluding intellectual property violations), you agree to contact us at info@mbklick.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Intellectual Property Disputes: Intellectual property violations are subject to immediate legal action without requirement for informal resolution.
19. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to mbklick.rs. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

21. Severability
If any provision of this Shipping Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
This Shipping Policy, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MB KLICK regarding shipping, delivery, and use of our products.
BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS SHIPPING POLICY, INCLUDING ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS AND PERSONAL USE LIMITATIONS.
