RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. OUR COMMITMENT

At MB KLICK, we stand behind the quality of our Swiss-made, patented frameless license plate holders. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your MB KLICK product, we're here to help.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Return Window

You may return your MB KLICK product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product meets our return conditions.

The 14-day period begins:

  • On the date you (or a person you designate) physically receives the product
  • For multiple items in one order: on the date you receive the last item

2.2 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

Unused and in original condition

  • Product has not been installed or mounted
  • No scratches, marks, or signs of use
  • All original components included

In original packaging

  • Original box and packaging materials intact
  • Product securely packaged for return shipping

Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Order number or receipt
  • Purchased directly from mbklick.rs or authorized reseller

Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Postmarked or shipped within the return window

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items CANNOT be returned for refund:

Used or installed products

  • Products that have been mounted or installed on a vehicle
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage

Damaged products (customer responsibility)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents
  • Products damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging

Incomplete returns

  • Products missing components or accessories
  • Products returned without original packaging

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

  • Products not purchased directly from mbklick.rs
  • Products purchased from eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or other unauthorized channels
  • Counterfeit or copycat products

Products returned after 14-day window

  • Returns requested or shipped after the 14-day period has expired

Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"

4. HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning your product, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Include in your message:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Preferred refund method

We will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Return shipping address
  • Return instructions

Step 2: Package Your Return

Pack your product securely:

  • Use original packaging if possible
  • Ensure product is protected during shipping
  • Include all original components and accessories
  • Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the product arrives safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Shipping notes:

  • Use a tracked shipping service (Pošta Srbije, DHL, etc.)
  • Keep your tracking number for reference
  • Returns typically take 5-14 days to reach us (depending on location)

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection: 1-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  • Refund appears in your account: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

You will receive an email confirmation when:

  • Your return is received
  • Your return is approved/rejected
  • Your refund is processed

5. REFUND DETAILS

5.1 What Gets Refunded

Standard Returns (change of mind):

  • ✅ Product cost (full amount paid)
  • ❌ Original shipping cost (non-refundable)
  • ❌ Return shipping cost (your responsibility)

Example:

  • Product: 2,340 RSD (€19.90)
  • Original shipping: 590 RSD (€5.00)
  • Total paid: 2,930 RSD (€24.90)
  • Refund amount: 2,340 RSD (€19.90)
  • You pay return shipping: ~400-600 RSD

Defective/Damaged Product Returns:

  • ✅ Product cost (full amount paid)
  • ✅ Original shipping cost (refunded)
  • ✅ Return shipping cost (we provide prepaid label or reimburse you)

Example:

  • Product: 2,340 RSD (€19.90)
  • Original shipping: 590 RSD (€5.00)
  • Total paid: 2,930 RSD (€24.90)
  • Refund amount: 2,930 RSD (€24.90)
  • Return shipping: Free (we cover it)

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card → Refund to same card
  • PayPal → Refund to PayPal account
  • Bank Transfer → Refund to bank account (if original payment was bank transfer)

We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.

5.3 Refund Timeline

Total refund timeline: 7-21 business days from when you ship the return

Breakdown:

  1. Shipping to us: 5-14 days (depending on location)
  2. Inspection: 1-3 business days
  3. Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  4. Bank/payment provider processing: 3-10 business days

If you haven't received your refund after 21 business days:

  1. Check your bank/credit card statement
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact us at info@mbklick.com

5.4 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:

Reasons for partial refund:

  • Product returned with signs of use or minor damage
  • Product returned without original packaging
  • Product returned with missing components

Partial refund amount: Determined on a case-by-case basis (typically 50-80% of product cost)

You will be notified before we process a partial refund. You may choose to:

  • Accept the partial refund
  • Have the product returned to you (at your expense)

5.5 Rejected Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return conditions.

If your return is rejected:

  • You will be notified via email with reason for rejection
  • Product will be returned to you at your expense
  • No refund will be issued

Common rejection reasons:

  • Product clearly used or installed
  • Product damaged due to customer misuse
  • Return shipped after 14-day window
  • No Return Authorization (RA) number obtained
  • Product purchased from unauthorized reseller

6. EXCHANGES

6.1 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product or need a replacement:

Option 1: Return for refund, then place new order

  1. Return your original product for a full refund (following return process above)
  2. Place a new order for the product you want
  3. This ensures fastest processing

Option 2: Contact us for assistance

  • Email info@mbklick.com
  • We may be able to arrange a direct exchange in special circumstances
  • Subject to product availability

6.2 Wrong Item Received

If we shipped you the wrong product:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@mbklick.com
  2. Provide photos of the product you received
  3. We will arrange free return shipping
  4. We will send you the correct product at no additional cost

This is our error, so:

  • ✅ Free return shipping (we provide prepaid label)
  • ✅ Free shipping on replacement product
  • ✅ Priority processing

7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

7.1 Received Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged during shipping:

Immediate action (within 48 hours of delivery):

  1. Do NOT discard packaging (we may need it for carrier claim)
  2. Take photos of:
    • Outer shipping box (all sides, especially damage)
    • Inner packaging
    • Damaged product (multiple angles)
  3. Contact us immediately at info@mbklick.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damage
    • Description of damage

We will:

  • Send you a replacement product immediately (free shipping)
  • Provide prepaid return label for damaged product
  • File claim with shipping carrier

You will NOT be charged for:

  • Replacement product
  • Return shipping
  • Shipping on replacement

7.2 Defective Product (Manufacturing Defect)

If your product has a manufacturing defect (not working as intended, material failure, etc.):

Within 14 days of delivery:

  • Follow standard return process (Section 4)
  • Full refund or free replacement (your choice)
  • We cover all shipping costs

After 14 days (within 1-year warranty period):

  • See Warranty Policy (Section 8)
  • Free replacement under warranty terms

To report a defect:

  1. Email info@mbklick.com with:
    • Order number
    • Description of defect
    • Photos or video showing the issue
  2. We will assess and provide solution within 24-48 hours

8. WARRANTY POLICY

8.1 Warranty Coverage

MB KLICK products come with a 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase.

Warranty covers: ✅ Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship ✅ Product failure under normal use conditions ✅ Cracking or breaking due to material defects (not impact) ✅ Mechanism failure under normal installation and use

Warranty does NOT cover: ❌ Damage from accidents or impacts (car accidents, collisions, etc.) ❌ Damage from improper installation or misuse ❌ Normal wear and tear ❌ Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration from UV exposure) ❌ Damage from modifications or alterations ❌ Products purchased from unauthorized resellers ❌ Damage from extreme conditions beyond product specifications

8.2 How to Make a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact us 📧 Email: info@mbklick.com

Include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos or video showing the defect
  • Explanation of how product was used

Step 2: Warranty assessment

  • We will review your claim within 24-48 hours
  • We may ask follow-up questions or request additional photos
  • We will determine if issue is covered under warranty

Step 3: Resolution If warranty claim is approved, you will receive:

Option A: Free replacement

  • We send you a new MB KLICK product (free shipping)
  • You return the defective product using prepaid label

Option B: Full refund

  • You return the defective product using prepaid label
  • We issue full refund (including original shipping cost)

If warranty claim is denied:

  • We will explain why the issue is not covered
  • You may still return the product for refund (within 14-day window)
  • After 14 days, no refund available for non-warranty issues

8.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is VOID if:

  • Product was purchased from unauthorized reseller
  • Product was modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than MB KLICK
  • Product was used for commercial purposes (taxi, rental car, etc.)
  • Product was subjected to abuse, misuse, or negligence
  • Damage was caused by external factors (accident, theft, vandalism)

8.4 Warranty Limitations

This warranty is your exclusive remedy. MB KLICK's liability under this warranty is limited to replacement or refund of the product. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Loss of use of vehicle
  • Cost of installation or removal
  • Towing or transportation costs
  • Any other indirect damages

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by country and jurisdiction.


9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

9.1 Returns from EU Countries

Return process: Same as Section 4

Shipping costs:

  • Standard returns: You pay return shipping
  • Defective/damaged returns: We cover return shipping

Customs:

  • No customs duties for returns within EU
  • Mark package as "RETURN" to avoid delays

Refund currency:

  • Refunded in original currency (EUR, RSD, etc.)

9.2 Returns from Non-EU Countries

Return process: Same as Section 4

Shipping costs:

  • Standard returns: You pay return shipping (may be expensive)
  • Defective/damaged returns: We reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (up to original shipping cost)

Customs:

  • Mark package as "RETURN - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE"
  • Include copy of original invoice
  • You may be responsible for customs fees on return (varies by country)

Refund:

  • We do NOT refund customs duties or import taxes you paid when receiving the product
  • We refund product cost and original shipping (if defective)

10. CANCELLATIONS

10.1 Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund.

To cancel:

  1. Email info@mbklick.com immediately with your order number
  2. Include "CANCEL ORDER" in subject line
  3. We will confirm cancellation within 2-4 hours (during business hours)

Refund:

  • Full refund of product cost and shipping
  • Processed within 3-5 business days

Important: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it. You must follow the return process instead.

10.2 Order Cancellation (After Shipping)

Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it. You must:

  1. Receive the product
  2. Follow the return process (Section 4)
  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs

Exception: If the package is still in transit and has not been delivered, contact us immediately. We may be able to intercept the shipment (not guaranteed).


11. RESTOCKING FEES

We do NOT charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our return conditions.

Exception: If you return a product that does not meet our return conditions (used, damaged, incomplete, etc.) and we issue a partial refund, the reduction in refund amount serves as a restocking fee.

13. CONSUMER RIGHTS

13.1 EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have additional rights under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):
14-day cooling-off period:
  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason
  • This is in addition to our return policy
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless product is defective)
2-year legal guarantee:
  • Products must be as described and fit for purpose
  • Products must be free from defects for at least 2 years from delivery
  • If a defect appears within 2 years, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund
  • Our 1-year warranty is in addition to (not instead of) your legal guarantee rights
Right to information:
  • You have the right to clear information about the product, price, and your rights before purchase
  • This Return Policy fulfills that requirement
Nothing in our Return Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under EU law.

13.2 Serbian Consumer Rights

If you are a Serbian consumer, you have rights under Serbian Consumer Protection Law:
Right to return:
  • You have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days
  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery
  • You have an additional 14 days to ship the product back after notification
Right to warranty:
  • Products must conform to the contract and be free from defects
  • Minimum 2-year warranty period for defects that existed at time of purchase
  • Our 1-year warranty is in addition to your statutory rights
Right to complaint:
  • If you are not satisfied with how we handle your return or warranty claim, you may file a complaint with:
    • Serbian Consumer Protection Authority
    • Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications
Nothing in our Return Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under Serbian law.

13.3 Other Jurisdictions

If you are located outside the EU or Serbia, you may have additional consumer protection rights under your local laws. Our Return Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

14. FRAUDULENT RETURNS

14.1 Return Fraud Prevention

We take return fraud seriously. The following activities are prohibited and may result in legal action:
Wardrobing: Using a product and then returning it ❌ Returning counterfeit or different products: Returning a product that is not the original MB KLICK product we sent ❌ False damage claims: Claiming a product is damaged or defective when it is not ❌ Multiple fraudulent returns: Pattern of suspicious return behavior ❌ Chargeback fraud: Filing a chargeback with your bank while also keeping the product

14.2 Consequences of Fraudulent Returns

If we determine that a return is fraudulent:
  • Return will be rejected
  • No refund will be issued
  • Product will be returned to you at your expense (or retained as evidence)
  • Your account will be banned from future purchases
  • We may report the fraud to law enforcement
  • We may pursue legal action to recover damages

14.3 Return Verification

We reserve the right to verify all returns, including:
  • Inspecting product condition and serial numbers
  • Comparing returned product to our records
  • Requesting additional documentation or proof
  • Investigating patterns of suspicious return activity

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures in processing returns or refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Postal service disruptions or strikes
  • Banking system failures
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to process your return as soon as possible and will communicate any delays.

16. POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to mbklick.rs.
Your rights for returns are determined by the policy in effect at the time of your purchase. If we make changes that materially reduce your rights, the previous policy will apply to purchases made before the change.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Return & Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Return & Refund Policy, together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MB KLICK regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.

19. LANGUAGE

This Return & Refund Policy is provided in English. If we provide a translation in another language (e.g., Serbian), the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or discrepancy.

20. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing from MB KLICK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not make a purchase.
