Welcome to MB KLICK (mbklick.rs). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Benjamin Ćorović PR ABERANTNO, operating as MB KLICK ("MB KLICK," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.

3.1 Product Description

MB KLICK offers Swiss-made, patented frameless license plate holders designed for European license plates. Our products are manufactured in Switzerland using high-quality ABS plastic and are certified for durability, quality, and safety.

Product Features:

  • Patented frameless design
  • Swiss manufacturing
  • Compatible with most EU license plates (excluding Slovenia, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland)
  • 1-year warranty
  • Temperature tested (-20°C to +80°C)

3.2 Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, dimensions, and specifications. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
  • Product images are for illustration purposes
  • Specifications are subject to minor variations due to manufacturing tolerances

We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

All content on mbklick.rs, including but not limited to:

  • Product descriptions and specifications
  • Website design and layout
  • Software and code

4.4 Limited License to Use

By purchasing MB KLICK products, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

This license does NOT grant you:

  • Ownership of any intellectual property rights
  • Right to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the product
  • Right to copy, reproduce, or manufacture similar products
  • Right to reverse engineer or replicate the patented design
  • Right to use MB KLICK trademarks or branding

5. PROHIBITED USES & RESTRICTIONS

5.1 Personal Use Only

MB KLICK products are sold for personal use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

❌ RESALE & COMMERCIAL USE:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or offering MB KLICK products for sale through any channel (eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, retail stores, etc.) without express written authorization
  • Purchasing products with intent to resell for profit
  • Operating as an unauthorized dealer, distributor, or reseller
  • Bundling MB KLICK products with other goods or services for commercial sale
  • Dropshipping or arbitrage using MB KLICK products

❌ COPYING & COUNTERFEITING:

  • Manufacturing, producing, or commissioning the production of copies, replicas, or imitations
  • Reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to replicate the patented mechanism
  • Creating derivative works based on MB KLICK's patented design
  • 3D printing, molding, or otherwise reproducing the product design
  • Selling, distributing, or importing counterfeit or copycat products
  • Using MB KLICK products as a template for competing products

❌ TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT:

  • Using the MB KLICK name, logo, or trademarks without authorization
  • Creating confusion about the source, sponsorship, or affiliation with MB KLICK
  • Using MB KLICK intellectual property in marketing, advertising, or promotional materials
  • Registering domain names, social media accounts, or business names confusingly similar to MB KLICK

❌ WEBSITE MISUSE:

  • Scraping, data mining, or automated data collection from mbklick.rs
  • Hacking, attacking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of our website
  • Impersonating MB KLICK or our representatives

5.2 Authorized Resellers

If you are interested in becoming an authorized reseller or distributor, you must:

  1. Contact us at info@mbklick.com
  2. Enter into a formal written partnership agreement
  3. Comply with all terms of the reseller agreement
  4. Receive explicit written authorization before any resale activity

Unauthorized resale voids all warranties and may result in immediate legal action.

6. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

6.1 Legal Action

Violation of the restrictions outlined in Section 5 will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to:

Civil Remedies:

  • Cease and desist orders requiring immediate cessation of all infringing activities
  • Civil lawsuits for patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and unfair competition under Serbian, Swiss, and EU law
  • Monetary damages including actual damages, lost profits, and statutory damages
  • Injunctive relief to prevent further infringement
  • Seizure and destruction of infringing products and materials
  • Recovery of attorney fees and legal costs

Criminal Prosecution:

  • Criminal charges for counterfeiting and intellectual property theft where applicable under Serbian, Swiss, and EU law
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and customs authorities

Platform Enforcement:

  • Reporting to eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms for immediate takedown
  • Filing DMCA and intellectual property complaints
  • Blacklisting from future purchases

6.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Terminate accounts suspected of violating these Terms
  • Cancel orders from suspected unauthorized resellers
  • Ban customers from future purchases

6.3 No Warranty for Unauthorized Products

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or counterfeit sources are:

  • Not covered by our 1-year warranty
  • May be unsafe, defective, or of inferior quality
  • Not eligible for returns, exchanges, or customer support

We are not responsible for any issues, injuries, or damages arising from unauthorized or counterfeit products.

6.4 Reporting Infringement

If you become aware of any unauthorized resale, counterfeiting, or intellectual property infringement involving MB KLICK products, please report it immediately to:

7. ORDERING & PURCHASING

You may browse our website without creating an account, but you must provide accurate contact and shipping information to complete a purchase.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

7.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in Serbian Dinars (RSD) and are automatically converted to your local currency (EUR, USD, CHF, etc.) at checkout based on current exchange rates.

Prices include:

  • Product cost
  • Serbian VAT (if applicable)
  • EU VAT (for EU customers, if applicable)

Prices do NOT include:

  • Shipping costs (shown separately at checkout)
  • Customs duties or import taxes for non-EU customers

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time without notice
  • Correct pricing errors even after order confirmation
  • Cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

If we cancel your order due to a pricing error, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

7.4 Payment

  • Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

7.5 Order Confirmation

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

8.1 Shipping Policy

Shipping rates, delivery times, and terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Summary:

  • Serbia: 560 RSD, 2-3 business days
  • EU Standard: 590 RSD (€5), 7-14 business days
  • EU Express: 1,060 RSD (€9), 3-5 business days
  • International: 1,410 RSD (€12), 10-21 business days

We do NOT ship to: Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Switzerland (license plate incompatibility)

8.2 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are delivered to the carrier.

8.3 Customs & Import Duties

EU Customers: No additional customs fees.

Non-EU Customers: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are NOT included in our prices.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

9.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact info@mbklick.com with your order number
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship product back at your expense
  4. Receive refund within 7-14 business days after we receive the return

Non-returnable items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Products returned after 14-day window

Refunds:

  • Product cost will be refunded to original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective products)
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except for defective products)

9.2 Warranty

MB KLICK products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Product failure under normal use conditions

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from car accidents or impacts
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Products modified or altered in any way

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact info@mbklick.com within 1 year of purchase
  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of defect
  3. We will assess and offer replacement or refund at our discretion

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

MB KLICK products and website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

We do not warrant that:

  • Our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Products will meet your specific requirements
  • Product descriptions are completely accurate
  • Defects will be corrected

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

MB KLICK and its owners, employees, agents, and partners shall NOT be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage (except as required by law)
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use products or website

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of MB KLICK products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Your misuse of MB KLICK products
  • Your infringement of intellectual property rights
  • Your unauthorized resale or copying of products
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Your negligence or willful misconduct
