🇪🇺 European Union
We offer two shipping options for EU customers:
Standard Shipping - 590 RSD (€5.00)
- Delivery time: 7-14 business days
- Tracking: Included
- Best for: Customers who want the most affordable option
Express Shipping - 1,060 RSD (€9.00)
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Priority tracked service
- Best for: Customers who want fast delivery
Available countries: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Malta
Note: MB KLICK is not compatible with license plates from Slovenia, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland.
🌍 International (Outside EU)
- Delivery time: 10-21 business days
- Shipping cost: 1,410 RSD (€12.00)
- Tracking: Included
- Available for: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, and other countries
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order status at any time through the carrier's website using your tracking number.
Customs & Import Duties
EU Customers: No customs duties or import taxes apply for shipments within the European Union.
International Customers (Outside EU): Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your email] with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your MB KLICK.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer refused delivery
- Package unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts
You will be responsible for reshipping costs if you want the order resent.
